This 19th century Angers farmhouse welcomes you to an oasis of greenery and calm, 10 minutes from the city center of Angers. The countryside in the city! By car or tram, you are also a stone's throw from the University Hospital, 5 minutes by car or tram from the TERRA BOTANICA plant park, the AQUA VITA aquatic center, as well as the restaurants on the banks of the Maine. The nearest restaurant (Bistro Régent) is a 3-minute walk away.

The 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned.
Free secure indoor parking and covered garage for bicycles and motorcycles. Breakfast, which favors home-made (yoghurts, breads, eggs from our chickens, fruit jams from our garden) is included in the price. Our animal friends are not allowed in the establishment. Welcoming our guests to the establishment as well as access to the swimming pool (unheated and open from May to September) is between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. The establishment is placed under video surveillance.
